Kitchens & pergolas

The pool gets you outside. The kitchen keeps you there.

Grill stations, bar seating and pergola shade, planned as part of the backyard from day one instead of added on later.

Outdoor kitchen & pergola design and build

Everything past the back door

Start with one piece or plan the whole yard. Either way, it's designed around your lot, your sun and the way your family uses the space.

New pool construction

A pool drawn for your lot

Clean geometric lines, a lagoon-style freeform, a sun shelf for the loungers, a spa that spills over the edge. We shape the pool around your yard and how you swim, then build it from the ground up.

  • Custom shape and depth plan
  • Sun shelves, spas and benches
  • Water features and LED lighting
  • Decking and coping

Pool remodeling

Same pool, new life

Dated tile, a rough finish, a deck that's cracked and hot underfoot. A remodel keeps the shell you already have and changes nearly everything you see and feel when you step in.

  • Resurfacing and waterline tile
  • Coping and deck replacement
  • Added steps, shelves or a spa
  • Lighting and water feature upgrades

Outdoor patios & decking

Ground worth standing on

Pavers, travertine and natural stone, laid out for lounging, dining and the walk from the back door to the water. Patios and pool decks that stay comfortable on a bright July afternoon.

  • Patio layout and hardscape
  • Pool decking
  • Fire pit and seating areas
  • Walkways and steps

Outdoor kitchens

Cook where everyone is

A grill station, prep counter and bar seating that faces the pool instead of a wall. Planned for South Florida weather, so it works in August as well as it does in January.

  • Grill and prep counters
  • Bar seating and islands
  • Flow from pool to table
  • Lighting for after dark

Pergolas

Shade where the sun hits hardest

A pergola turns a bright patio into the room everyone ends up in. We place it where the afternoon sun lands and tie it into the kitchen, the lounge or the pool edge.

  • Placement for afternoon shade
  • Attached or freestanding
  • String and integrated lighting
  • Paired with kitchens and lounges

We walk the yard with you

We look at the lot, the sun, the drainage and the way you entertain, and we listen to what you picture out there. Weekday, Saturday, or a Sunday by appointment. You leave the visit with ideas and a free estimate on the way.

Design

A layout drawn for your property

Pool shape, decking, kitchen and pergola placement, materials and lighting, all on one plan. You see how the pieces work together, and where the shade falls at 4pm, before a shovel touches the ground.

Build

Dig day to first swim

Construction follows the plan you approved, with clear updates as each stage lands: shell, decking, kitchen, shade, then the lights come on. The last step is yours.

Close to home, and easy to reach

Dolce Vita is based right here in Lighthouse Point, so the yards we design share our weather, our light and our habit of living outside twelve months a year.

  • Designed for your lot

Every layout starts with your property lines, your sun and your style. No catalog shapes, no copy-paste patios.

  • Built for year-round living

Shade where the afternoon sun lands, decking that stays comfortable underfoot, and lighting for warm nights that run late.

  • Six days a week, plus Sundays

Mon–Sat from 7am to 7pm, and Sunday visits by appointment, because most families can't meet a contractor at 2pm on a Tuesday.

  • A direct line

Call (954) 547-9252 and you reach Dolce Vita itself, not a national call center.

★★★★★
“I worked with Luca who called me at home at 9PM to solve a problem for me without even knowing who I was... He not only gave me a great price, but was out with the replacement the next day! The work was impeccable... Don't call around, just give your job to Dolce Vita; you won't be sorry.”
